Home — Om

Om symbol in black.

Listen with your whole being. What you truly are and how you appear are not-two.

Home — Om gathers the whole of Being Yoga: the invitation to explore spiritual awakening, the practices that support inquiry, and the recognition to which the teachings point. Begin here, follow the journey, and return to the same invitation with fresh eyes.

Begin, explore, return

Ready for a guided route? Follow the Spiritual Awakening Journey: Seven Steps and a Return. Each BREATHE theme gathers a short introduction, its companion chapter, selected readings and an invitation to explore. The journey culminates in the Mahavakyas, especially Tat Tvam Asi — You are That.

Returning? Pause before choosing another reading. Hear the sound and its silence. Feel the shape and its space. Notice the stirring and its stillness. What does the invitation to Listen mean now?

Om — the whole encounter

Sounded Silence. Shaped Space. Stirred Stillness. Shrouded Spirit. In the language of this teaching, Om invites attention to the whole encounter: appearance and that which it expresses, not-two. A sound arises and returns to silence; Listening includes both.

The return is like an octave: the same note in a new register. The beginning is met afresh. What once seemed to be a destination elsewhere is recognized as your own true nature. Tat Tvam Asi — You are That.
